A JOURNEY OF LIFE
Hello, My name is Adam. Founer of AQuest. I started my health journey in 2013 when I was in a severe motorcycle accident. After many crippling injuries, years of getting worse and worse through our medical system I took it upon myself to heal. I've changed everything about my Food and Lifestyle since then and have been able to heal defying all odds of what doctors thought I could do. Studying holistic medicine and Plant Based Nutrition. I hope to be able to help heals others the way I have healed.
We accomplish this through the Consumption and Education of powerful Organic Nutrient Dense Plant Based Whole Foods. Of simple dynamic exercises, nature based eco conscious, sustainable society practices in combination with personal lifestyles and mental practices, connecting with and learning from the greatest teacher with billions of years of mastery, Mother Earth. Through this we can heal, being filled with the incredible health vitality and power of a whole complete being, living in our magnificent world harmoniously, Holisticly.


For a long time, I lived trapped in panic attacks. My chest would close, my heart would race, and I felt like I was going to die. It happened at work, on the bus, even in the shower. The hardest part wasn’t the physical pain—it was the voice inside telling me I couldn’t handle life. I felt small, misunderstood, and hopeless.
The breaking point came when I touched the deepest bottom. That moment hurt, but it also became the start of change—because once you’re there, the only way is up.
A teacher’s words, my friend Pilar’s advice, and Adam’s perspective opened my eyes. I learned that not everything is personal, that what triggers us shows what we need to heal, and that we’re never truly alone.
Now I listen to my body, I take care of my mind, and I trust that inner force that guides me. I still have heavy days, but I know I have the tools to move through them. I don’t need to crash again to remember: life can be lighter, if I keep showing up for myself.
